The Minnesota Wild continue their active day on the trade market. They have now traded for a Stanley Cup champion.

Wild Trade For Stanley Cup Winner

Today the Minnesota Wild have made two trades involving defensemen. First, they traded away Calen Addison to the San Jose Sharks.

We have traded D Calen Addison for RW Adam Raska and a 5th Round Pick in the 2026 Draft.

Now they have filled the hole left in their defense after trading Addison by adding a Stanley Cup winner.

Believe the Wild will be trading for Zach Bogosian from Tampa Bay

Zach Bogosian is traded to the Wild for a seventh-round pick in 2025.

The Wild add a veteran defenseman that fits their style of play better for a 7th-round pick. Bogosian will bring size, physicality, and a championship pedigree to the State Of Hockey for a low cap hit.

The Wild currently sit 5th in the Central and will be looking to move up the ranks with their new look lineup.
