Winnipeg Jets Head Coach Rick Bowness Provides the Latest Update on His Wife Judy

Rick Bowness, the head coach of the Winnipeg Jets, recently faced a personal crisis when his wife, Judy, suffered a sudden seizure.

During this difficult period, the team was led by assistant coach Scott Arniel. Under Arniel's guidance, the Jets performed admirably, securing 9 wins, 2 losses, and 2 overtime losses.

Bowness, who took his leave on October 23, is now ready to return to his role.




Judy's health has been improving steadily; according to Bowness, she is "doing as well as we can expect" following her treatment and is "getting stronger every day." This experience has been a transformative and challenging one for Donovan and his wife.
