Anaheim Ducks Looking To Trade Trevor Zegras North Of The Border

Trevor Zegras has been one of the brightest young faces in all of the NHL and only a few years into his career, the Ducks are shopping him for different assets.

Recently, TSN's Craig Button made headlines by stating who he believed the best fit for Trevor Zegras was: the Montreal Canadiens.

Craig Button on TSN says the best match for Trevor Zegras is Montreal, Habs have a wealth of prospects and draft picks to get it done.

Currently, the Canadiens are building their forward core of the future which includes players like Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, Kirby Dach, and 2022 1st overall pick Juraj Slafkovsky. This is only 2/3rds of their top six and they still have two slots open. Zegras could certainly fill one of these.

Zegras is known for having chemistry with Cole Caufield, as they played on the same junior team together, and pairing the two up in the NHL could prove to be quite beneficial for the Canadiens.
