Stanley hasn't had the career thus far in Winnipeg that many had hoped. This season he has appeared in just 7 games and has yet to record a point. His injury history is something that has held him back, and it could be a change of scenery that might benefit him.
With the massive interest among contenders for defensemen, the Jets may be able to take advantage of this and acquire some assets that could help them in the short term to make the jump as a true Cup contender.
