The preseason is always fraught with questions regarding returning player's health and offseason injuries.

New reports out of the Jets' camp have emerged with positive news regarding two injured Winnipeg Jets Players.

Ehlers and Perfetti Back to Regular Contact Jerseys for Training Camp

As reported by NHL insider and Jets writer Murat Ates, Cole Pergetti and Nikolaj Ehlers both have made their return to wearing full-contact jerseys during today's on-ice training camp session.
A welcome morning sight: Nikolaj Ehlers and Cole Perfetti each wearing regular, full-contact jerseys on their line with Nino Niederreiter.

Both Return After Being Day to Day During Training Camp

Nikolaj Ehlers had previously been day-to-day during the Jets' training camp and has yet to play in a pre-season game. His injury was the result of an incident in the gym, after which he began experiencing back spasms. He had previously been skating with the Jets in a non-contact jersey.
Looks like Nikolaj Ehlers will skate with the #NHLJets veterans today in a non-contact jersey.
Perfetti, on the other hand, had been healthy prior to taking a hit on Wednesday night's game against the Calgary Flames, in which he took a direct shot to the head. He missed practice yesterday, but appears that he will be okay after being in regular drills today.
Here are today's #NHLJets groups. Looks like Nikolaj Ehlers is skating with the veterans, but F Cole Perfetti is not listed. Will see what kind of update HC Rick Bowness can provide later today. Perfetti was in the receiving end of a head shot in the second period Wed Vs #Flames
