Oilers Suffer A Major Loss Due To Injury
The Edmonton Oilers have announced that forward Mattias Janmark is out tonight due to injury. The Oilers are now expected to go into the Heritage Classic with 11 forwards and 7 defensemen.
Looks like no Janmark (shoulder). With McDavid in that's 11 forwards again for EDM.
Janmark's injury comes at the same time as Connor McDavid's return from injury. The Oilers have had brutal luck with injuries but will look to push through and get a win in their outdoor game against the Calgary Flames tonight.
