Thw Winnipeg Jets made a major announcement regarding their head coach Rick Bowness.
Rick Bowness Will Miss Tonight's Game For a Minor Medical Procedure
On X, the Jets released an official statement, in which we learned that Rick Bowness won't be behind the bench for tonight's game against the Rangers, for a medical procedure.
"The Winnipeg Jets today announced that head coach Rick Bowness will not be on the bench for tonight's game due to a minor medical procedure. As a result, he has returned to Winnipeg for treatment. He will return to the team once his condition improves. Associate coach Scott Arniel is serving as the interim head coach until Rick returns to the team."
