BREAKING: Jets place a player on waivers to make room for Monahan
The Winnipeg Jets hit the jackpot of this year's trade deadline with Sean Monahan.

The reporter Chris Johnston shared on X that the Winnipeg Jets organization placed the 25 year-old forward Axel Jonsson-Fjallby on waivers.
"Placed on NHL waivers today: Axel Jonsson-Fjallby (WPG)."
We'll know in 24 hours if Jonsson-Fjallby gets claimed by a team or joins the Manitoba Moose in the AHL.
Monahan should play his first game tonights, as the Jets take on the Pittsburgh Penguins.
