Hagelin Hangs Up His Skates

The hockey community was just informed of Carl Hagelin's decision to retire from the sport.

Hagelin's remarkable journey encompassed 713 games, commencing with the Rangers and culminating with the Capitals. Along this path, he achieved the remarkable feat of clinching two Stanley Cup triumphs while contributing as an invaluable third-line winger for the Pittsburgh Penguins.
During his final NHL season, 2021-22, Hagelin participated in 53 games, securing 14 points. Across his enduring career, he notched a total of 110 goals and accumulated 296 points.
