The Ottawa Senators have managed to have some dreadful luck in recent years, and now, it has been confirmed that they've suffered another major loss for the season.

Josh Norris done for the season in Ottawa

After dealing with plenty of injuries as of late, young forward Josh Norris has now officially been ruled out for the remainder of the season after he underwent shoulder surgery.
Josh Norris has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after undergoing shoulder surgery.

The 24-year old played in just eight games a season ago after another major injury, and while there's still a bright future ahead, it appears the injury bug just continues to follow him.
In 50 games this season, Norris has tallied a solid 16 goals and 14 assists for 30 points, so the talent may be there, but at this point, it may be hard for the Senators to trust him to stay healthy as they look to turn their organization around.
The team may be done in 2023-24, as they sit in last place in the Atlantic Division, but with Norris back at full health next season and a potential addition or two, they will be a very intriguing team to watch once again.
