Florida Panthers organization gives the Stanley Cup away

The Florida Panthers had to let go of the Stanley Cup for a bit of time, just days after winning it. Their names are being engraved in the coveted trophy.

Phil Prichard is the �Keeper of the Cup'. Following a late night out and massive party by the Panthers' players, Prichard packed up the Cup and took it thousands of miles away from Miami. Where, you ask? To Montreal, a city that has not seen their team win the Cup in over 30 years!
Stanley Cup is in Montreal... in the studio of Louise St. Jacques, who since 1989 has been responsible for adding team, player & staff members' names to the priceless trophy. This week, she will add 2023-24 champion @FlaPanthers to hockey's grandest prize
Louise St. Jacques is the person in Montreal who is responsible for entering the names of the 52 players and staff into the hardware. Before they do that, they need to ensure they get the Cup back into tip top shape, as it has been made well aware the Panthers players really used and abused the trophy following their win.

The Panthers are expected to get the Stanley Cup back next week with their names freshly engraved in the hardware, and a Cup that looks, well, cleaner, and with less damage.
