Evander Kane and Leon Draisaitl were caught on camera during last night's game getting into a verbal altercation on the Oilers' bench during play.

Things did not go as planned for the Edmonton Oilers last night, as they were trounced by the Toronto Maple Leafs from the get-go. The Leafs went up big, 5-0 in the second period, and the Oilers looked like they couldn't get anything going.
Despite a trio of late goals for the Oilers, the Leafs were able to come out on top 6-3, dominating the game both physically and with their skill. Notably, the Oilers stars Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl faced a lot of physicality from the Leafs players, even getting in some scrums during the game.

Evander Kane and Leon Draisaitl weren't happy with each other during the game and let each other know on the bench.

The two could be seen verbally getting into it during play, as they appeared to exchange heated words with each other. Take a look at the video.
"Draisaitl and Kane. 👀"
This is obviously just part of the game, when two players are competing at the highest level and want to win as badly as Kane and Draisaitl do, there are bound to be some arguments that boil over. It is unfortunate, though, that the argument couldn't be resolved and they couldn't bounce back from it to perform better during the game.
The Oilers have a unique opportunity to bounce back today in the second half of their back-to-back against the Ottawa Senators. This will be a chance for Evander Kane and the team to work through the struggles they had last night.
