BREAKING: Oilers New Head Coach Decides to Healthy Scratch Forward
The Edmonton Oilers announced some important news related to tonight's game against the New Jersey Devils.
Oilers Healthy Scratch Veteran Forward
Frank Seravalli shared on X that the Oilers decided to healthy scratch the forward Connor Brown.
"At #Oilers practice in New Jersey, appears Connor Brown will be a healthy scratch on Thursday night against #njdevils."
Brown missed most of the 2022-23 season after a torn ACL.
The 29 year-old forward signed a one-year, $4M AAV contract with the Oilers during the summer.
In 29 games this season, he scored only one assist.
