The Edmonton Oilers have signed a former top 10 pick to their roster for the rest of the season.

Oilers Sign Former First Rounder

The Edmonton Oilers announced today that they have signed Sam Gagner to an NHL contract.
The Oilers will be signing Sam Gagner to replace Adam Erne, per Jay Woodcroft.

Gagner will come in to replace Adam Erne who was placed on waivers earlier today. Gagner played 48 games with the Winnipeg Jets last season and had 14 points.
The 34-year-old will bring a veteran presence and a familiar face to the locker room as he last played there in 2019-20.
