New Possible Destination for Kane
In a recent episode of the 32 Thoughts Podcast hosted by renowned insiders Elliotte Friedman and Jeff Marek, Friedman unveiled significant news regarding the potential signing destination for Patrick Kane.
Friedman on 32 Thoughts says a reputable source told him that if he was putting down money on where Patrick Kane is gonna go he would put money down on Dallas 👀
"But I had someone — and this is a relatively smart individual — he said if he was putting down money, he would put down money on #TexasHockey. The only thing this person said to me about Dallas that he doesn't like for Kane is the #Stars don't have great travel." #NYR
The Dallas Stars, already boasting one of the best forward unit in the NHL, would only get stronger with Kane's addition, potentially giving them three top lines.
Dallas: A Tough Challenge for Kane
While Dallas appears promising, Friedman highlighted a significant concern: the team's travel schedule. With one of the more grueling travel itineraries in the NHL, there's a risk that frequent long-haul flights might make Kane more vulnerable to injuries.
Yet, if Dallas can make the necessary adjustments for Kane, they could emerge as the top choice for #88. Several other teams, including Buffalo, Florida, Detroit, and the New York Rangers, have also been linked to Kane.
