Details are still being finalized, but the expectation is that free-agent forward Tomas Tatar will sign a one-year deal with the #avs.

Could be a sneaky good September signing.

The signing is for one year and is worth $1.5 million.

Tatar scored 20 goals and 48 points last season with the Devils. He is quite the complimentary piece for the Avalanche and will look to help them win the Stanley Cup for the second time in three years.
