In breaking news, the Chicago Blackhawks have just signed this veteran forward to a two-year extension.

Blackhawks Sign Foligno to a Two-Year Extension



The Chicago Blackhawks have just made it official that they will keep Nick Foligno around for another two years, as it was announced today that the two have reached an agreement on an extension.

📝DONE DEAL: Blackhawks have re-signed F Nick Foligno to a two-year, $4.5M AAV contract extension, per Ben Pope.





The deal comes with an AAV of $4.5 million. Foligno will remain in his role as a veteran leading the Blackhawks during their rebuild, and importantly as a mentor to star Connor Bedard.

Foligno currently has 8 goals and 9 assists in 39 games played this season.
