BREAKING: Calgary Flames Forward Has Hearing Scheduled After Dangerous Hit

Today news has emerged that a Calgary Flames forward has a hearing scheduled to determine his fate after delivering a dangerous hit to an opponent.

Last night during the Calgary Flames contest against the Seattle Kraken Flames forward Martin Pospisil was ejected. Pospisil was ejected due to a thunderous hit delivered to the back of defenseman Vince Dunn sending him crashing into the boards.

This afternoon reports are confirming that Pospisil will now have a discipline hearing with the NHL's Department of Player Safety. The hearing will take place tomorrow.

As of now, it has not been confirmed whether Pospisil's hearing is in person or over the phone. This distinction could majorly impact the length of his suspension.
