Salt Lake City has gained traction when it comes to a potential NHL team over the last few months. The owner of the Utah Jazz Ryan Smith has said in the past he would be interested in bringing an NHL team to the Salt Lake City area.
As time goes on and the Arizona Coyotes still do not have an NHL arena to play in it will be interesting to see if this gains traction.
