In pro sports sponsorship deals seem to change all the time, and it appears that the NHL's new official hydration partner has been found.

It was announced that "BioSteel" were nearing bankruptcy, meaning they would no longer be the NHL's official partner.
However, it appears that a replacement for BioSteel has been found, as reported by David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period.

🚨@DrinkBODYARMOR is the new official Sports Drink of the NHL & NHLPA, effective the start of the 2024 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs, replacing BioSteel. The deal runs thru the 2028-29 season.

Branding on benches, boards, penalty boxes, etc., will begin in the playoffs this month.

Hopefully BodyArmour will have a more prosperous business relationship with the NHL than BioSteel did. We should expect to see all of the changes in effect by the playoffs, so keep an eye out for BodyArmour ads!
Even before this partnership became official, one of the game's biggest stars: Connor McDavid made the official switch to become a BodyArmour athlete.
