In a third-tier junior hockey league, a major incident unfolded that we thought was worth mentioning.
Player Uses UFC Move Against Opponent
In the last few minutes of the game, player Eithan Grishin grabbed the opposing goaltender and kept him in a head lock.

This looks a lot like a UFC move and it has raised major concerns among fans. There's been no official update on the goaltender, except that the team announced he was recuperating at home.
What what happened here:
"@ThePJHL @RSockeyes player Eithan Grishin chokes a goalie unconscious, holding a guillotine choke longer than you'll ever see in a sanctioned UFC fight 😳 no statement from the league or team, only from @NVanWolfPack stating the goalie is recovering at home."
Fortunately, the League announced that they would review the incident and suspended Grishin while they reach a decision.
