The Winnipeg Jets announced that they've recalled Collin Delia from the Manitoba Moose on emergency conditions, a few hours after sending him to the AHL.

Earlier today, the Jets revealed that they sent the goaltender Collin Delia to the AHL, a day after they had called him up.

In a new development, the organization shared that they've recalled him once again, on an emergency basis this time.

"TRANSACTION: The #NHLJets have recalled G - Collin Delia from the Manitoba Moose (AHL) under emergency conditions."

Head coach Rick Bowness confirmed that Delia will be the team's third goalie for the playoffs.

"He also confirmed Collin Delia will be the third goal up for playoffs. "

Unless there's an injury, Connor Hellebuyck should get all the starts in the playoffs. He has shown all season that he's among the best goalies in the League, and Winnipeg will trust him to lead the team to the Stanley Cup Finals.

More to come.
