As the news emerges of Tyler Toffoli being on the trade block in New Jersey ahead of Friday's trade deadline, it has been revealed that Winnipeg are involved, along with a handful of other teams.




Over the past season and a half, Toffoli has tallied exactly 60 goals for Calgary and New Jersey, and with the addition of Sean Monahan, he could be a fantastic pickup for Winnipeg.

Even if the team make a move, it's going to be tough to take down those top teams, but with a solid roster of their own, there's absolutely no reason why this team shouldn't be competing for the Stanley Cup in 2023-24.
