Jets Morgan Barron suffers an injury just days before the playoffs

Tonight the Winnipeg Jets have their second to last game of the season. Unfortunately, the Jets were unable to escape this tune-up game without a potential major injury to forward Morgan Barron.

Multiple reports are confirming that the Winnipeg Jets are going to be down to 11 forwards for the rest of the night. This comes after a lower-body injury suffered by Morgan Barron that sent him limping off the ice.





The Jets confirmed a short time later that Morgan Barron would not be returning to the game due to this injury.



Morgan Barron had been a huge part of the success of the 4th line down the stretch. Now Winnipeg Jets fans will have to wait until head coach Rick Bowness gives an update on the forward's health.
