The end of the Winnipeg Jets season has created questions regarding the future of their team. The biggest question involves the future of star forward Nikolaj Ehlers. Today a new report has confirmed his fate.

There is some belief going around that Nikolaj Ehlers could be on his way out of Winnipeg this off-season. If that were the case, I'd have to think it's a defenseman. I guess we'll find out

With all of the rumors swirling around his name, it seems more likely than not that the Jets move on from Nikolaj Ehlers. Now we have a timeline for when the move could go down. As the NHL Draft approaches look for the reports and rumors to continue to get more intense.
