This trade is likely declined by the Leafs as Marner is a valuable two-way forward who is also a right handed shot. Keller has been tested in the Stanley Cup Playoffs once in his career and he has proven to be solid posting 7 points in 9 games in the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs, so this could prove to be valuable to the Leafs is the trade is offered.
