The Toronto Maple Leafs have gotten elite goaltending out of Joseph Woll in the past two games, but now he's shockingly set to miss a huge game 7.

Just before warmups, rumours began swirling that Joseph Woll was set to miss game seven after two stellar outings, and as the team took to the ice, the fears of Maple Leafs fans were officially confirmed.

Ilya Samsonov leads the #leafs onto the ice for warmups at TD Garden -- yet one more Game 7 twist in a series that's been full of them.

Auston Matthews is also out there and expected to return to the Toronto lineup.

It's a major turn of events for a team that's allowed just two goals with Woll in net over game five and six, but now they turn back to Samsonov who started the first three games of this series.

It's unclear what the injury is, but now is no time for excuses in Toronto, as they will need to battle through and take a huge win on the road to avoid a potential organizational disaster of another early exit.
