BREAKING: Gary Bettman Promotes The Official Who Got Into A Scrum With Bunting
Last season, an incident on the ice caught attention when Michael Bunting had an altercation with a referee. Bunting was ejected, and as he was leaving, he was pushed out by the official.

The linesman, Dan Kelly, who had pushed Bunting, has been promoted to a full-time position by the NHL.
