Last night a crossover happened between the NHL and the NBA on their playoff coverages. As a result of the crossover NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal got a gift from Edmonton Oilers forward Zach Hyman.

Throughout this season Zach Hyman has had a career year particularly when it comes to goal scoring. A lot of his goals have come within a few feet of the net.

As a result, the TNT hockey crew began to call him Shaq Hyman because his goals look similar to dunks in basketball and Shaquille O'Neal is part of their TNT basketball coverage.

SHAQ Hyman!

Last night on the TNT broadcast for the NBA Playoffs Shaquille O'Neal received a gift. The gift came from Edmonton Oilers forward Zach Hyman. Shaq was given a signed Zach Hyman jersey and a stick as a result of the running joke on TNT.

If you told me in the beginning of the season that Hyman and Shaq would become best bros I would've never believed you but here we are.

After Shaquille O'Neal was given the jersey noted hockey fan Charles Barkley spoke up and asked for a signed Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl jersey.

The collaboration between the NHL and NBA crews on TNT has been one of the most enjoyable things about their coverage. This moment was just another to add to the highlight reel involving legends from both sports.
