This afternoon, a sharp-eyed source spotted Columbus Blue Jackets forward Patrik Laine's downtown $2.75 million apartment in downtown Columbus is officially on the market, as it has been listed for sale online. It's sparked severe chatter about Laine's next move, both in Columbus and the NHL.


With Laine taking a timeout in the NHL's Player Assistance Program, his future in the league has been up in the air. And now, it seems like his days in Columbus might be numbered. He's still got two seasons left on his contract with the Blue Jackets at an $8.7 million cap hit.
