The Hockey News broke down some of the key repairs:
Roof - $9 million
Cooling Towers - $7.5 million
New Scoreboard - $8.5 million
Fire Alarm replacement - $2.5 million
Suite renovations - $1 million
Club Level renovations - $1.7 million
Concession stand overhaul - $1.5 million
Party Tower LED improvements - $675k

The good news is that the cost won't fall entirely on the Blue Jackets, since multiple teams use the arena.
Nationwide Arena and convention center need $170 million in upgrades, owner says
The repairs must happen quickly to keep the arena in top shape for Blue Jackets fans and players. Yet if you're thinking of a potential arena move if this goes south, stop. In 2013, the boys in blue agreed to stay in Columbus and call this place home until at least 2039 or face $36 million in damages. They've been there since inception in 2000 and will remain for the long haul.
