Last night saw the Detroit Red Wings clash with the Chicago Blackhawks, marking Patrick Kane's much-anticipated return to Chicago, and the game turned quite spirited.

Connor Bedard and Patrick Kane were competing for the first time against each other last night. During the match, Bedard delivered a notable hit on Patrick Kane.



Following the game, Patrick Kane shared that he was close to fighting Bedard but ultimately held back, considering Bedard was wearing a face shield due to a recent jaw surgery.



Nonetheless, Kane had the final word by scoring the winning goal in overtime for the Detroit Red Wings.

This win places the Red Wings at the first wild card spot in the Eastern Conference, with a 32-20-6 record. On the other hand, the Blackhawks dropped to 15-39-5, positioning them at the 32nd place in the NHL.
