Bedard Can't Save Everything in Chicago...

All the spotlights were turned to the Chicago Blackhawks at the draft as they selected the next superstar of the NHL: Connor Bedard.


This came at a good timing, as they were still dealing with the aftermath of the Kyle Beach scandal.


Now, the Blackhawks organization is involved in yet another controversy.

Last week, the Blackhawks held interviews with the newest members of the team, including Corey Perry and Connor Bedard.

The design of the podiums they used during the press conferences caused a big stir on social media as some people are comparing it to the design used by the Third Reich.

Later, the Blackhawks rectified by zooming on the players, cutting out the podiums of the pictures.


The colors and the pattern are similar, but not identical. This is an honest mistake by the Blackhawks, who fixed it later.
