Last night, the Chicago Blackhawks took on the Las Vegas Golden Knights for the second time this season. Connor Bedard made his mark in the first period, scoring on a nice breakaway after a nifty feed from Nick Foligno.
Connor Bedard has been facing an immense amount of pressure since he was drafted by the Blackhawks first overall. Despite this, he has had a pretty good start to the year. He has scored 3 goals and added 2 assists for 5 points in his first 8 games, which may not be the pace some expected, but is plenty as the young star gets acclimated to the NHL.
