BREAKING: Oilers Player Injures Star Opposition Leaving Him Motionless On The Ice

In the second period of the game between the Oilers and Capitals the Capitals were attacking up ice. TJ Oshie was looking to enter the zone alongside his teammate who had the puck. Oilers defenseman Mattias Ekholm went to hit Oshie's teammate but ended up driving Oshie into the ice instead.

Oshie went to the locker room after the hit from Ekholm the Capitals announced he would not return to the game.
