The Minnesota Wild are looking to make a strong impression in the Western Conference for the 2023-24 season. As they're preparing for the real thing to begin, something scary happened earlier today during a practice.

Rossi Leaves Practice After he Received a Skate in the Face

It's been reported that Marco Rossi, a top-10 draft pick, was hit in the face by a skate and was replaced by Jujhar Khaira.

Marco Rossi has left practice after taking a skate to the face. Jujhar Khaira has switched jerseys and has filled his spot on the line.

While no video is available as of now, injuries involving skates are always a cause for concern.
Our best wishes go to Rossi, hoping he recovers quicly and returns to the ice for the first game of the season.
