With the Winnipeg Jets on such a hot streak, it was out of character for head coach Rick Bowness to miss practice. This immediately sparked questions about what was going on. Now we have a better idea, as Assistant Coach Scott Arniel clarified that Bowness missed practice to be with his wife Judy during surgery.
This is great news for Jets fans all around, knowing that Bowness is okay, and his wife Judy is recovering nicely. His return to practice tomorrow will be welcomed by the Jets team as they hope to continue and build upon their success.
