A former Edmonton Oiler is set to sign with a conference rival.

Khaira Set To Sign With Minnesota

Insider Elliotte Friedman just revealed that Jujhar Khaira, a long-time Edmonton Oiler, is going to be heading to Minnesota.
Hearing Minnesota and Jujhar Khaira working on something. Don't be surprised to see him in camp with the Wild.

Khaira was originally selected by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2012 NHL draft. He played the first six years of his NHL career in Edmonton before moving to Chicago where he spent the past two seasons.
Throughout his NHL career, he has played in 336 games registering 80 points along the way. Last season, he had 14 points in 51 games for the Blackhawks.
He will now look to help the Wild make the playoffs and eventually make a cup run.
