Rick Bowness has taken a leave of absence from hockey due to a tragic reason.

Bowness To Take Leave Of Absence

The Winnipeg Jets PR has just announced that head coach Rick Bowness will be taking a leave of absence from hockey following his wife suffering a seizure.
The Jets will have assistant coach Scott Arniel as their head coach while Bowness is out.
Our thoughts are with the Bowness' at this time and we wish Judy a speedy recovery.
