Minnesota's Ryan Hartman has been fined $4,427.08, the maximum allowable under the CBA, for high-sticking Winnipeg's Cole Perfetti.

The video of the play is quite gruesome as Hartman can be seen not even trying to play the puck and just feeding Perfetti his stick.
Cole Perfetti back on the ice for the Jets after taking a high stick to the face by Ryan Hartman off the faceoff during his first shift.

The Jets and the Wild have some bad blood and it is clear that the NHL DoPS saw this as an intentional play. Thankfully, Perfetti was alright and able to play the game and will not miss any time as a result of this dangerous play.
